System Field Configuration
The System Field Configuration page is used to rename references to the Primary Email Address, Secondary Email Address and Hiring Manager Email Address fields throughout Simon.
To access this module, log in to the Control Panel from the Simon home page located at https://.exphub.com.au/manager. Navigate to the Global Site Configuration menu and click to expand. Click Custom Settings, then Custom Field Settings, and finally System Field Configuration.
Enter the label you would like to display throughout the system in the relevant fields. If any fields are left blank, the default system wording will be referenced for those particular fields. The default system wording is:
- Email Address (Primary Email)
- Alternate Email Address for employee (Secondary Email)
- Manager Email Address
Once the relevant fields have been completed, click the “Update” button. The change will now be made.
