Reports
The Reports screen allows you to export reports out of Simon in a .csv format. These reports are typically used to upload the form information for a user into a third-party system, however they can also act as an alternative to the Forms PDF which is available in the My Experiences module (for more information, please refer to the My Experiences guide).
To access this module, log in to the Control Panel from the Simon home page located at https://<yoursubdomain>.exphub.com.au/manager. Navigate to the Reporting menu and click to expand. Finally, select “Reports”.
You will then be presented with a list of users who have completed at least one Forms element in Simon. If a user has never completed a Forms element within an experience, they will not show in this list. Important note - You will only be presented with users who are members of branches you have access to. If you are looking for a specific user but are unable to access them on this screen, consider checking that you have access to their branch. For more information about branches, please refer to the Introduction and Permissions guide.
To run a report, you will first need to select which users to include by ticking the selection box next to the user’s username. Multiple users can be included in a report; however, it is important to remember that the more users that are included, the longer it may take for the report to export. To select a whole column of users, simply click the selection box at the top of the first column.
After all users have been selected, click the Export button. You will then be presented with a list of reports that have been configured in the Export Reports Configuration module. Select the report you would like to run, and then click on “Generate an Export”. The system will then export the .csv file into your computer’s Downloads folder.
