Multi-Factor Authentication
Multi-Factor Authentication is a security feature which requires an Administrator to authenticate each login attempt they make by using a compatible authenticator app on their smart device or PC (such as Google Authenticator). Each Administrator within the organisation will require the compatible authenticator app on their smart device or PC.
After the Administrator has input their correct username and password when logging in to Simon, they will be presented with a screen that asks them to "Enter Authenticator Code". The Administrator would then need to navigate to the authenticator app on their smart device or PC and input the 6-digit code that shows on their screen. They will then be logged in to the platform as normal.
