Password Reset Instructions
The Password Reset Instructions message appears at the login screen (for users) under the Login button. Here you can provide your organisation’s contact details for a user to follow if they require assistance with logging in to the platform.
To access this module, log in to the Control Panel from the Simon home page located at https://<yoursubdomain>.exphub.com.au/manager. Navigate to the Global Site Configuration menu and click to expand. Click Custom settings, and finally Password Reset Instructions.
Type the message you would like to appear in the Text field. For information on formatting text in this field, please refer to the Editor Tool Instructions guide.
Tip – We recommend keeping this message brief, for example “If you are having trouble logging in, please contact us on XXXX-XXXX”.
