SMS Sender

The SMS Sender module controls the sender name that appears on all SMS messages that are sent from the Simon platform, as well as the content of the Welcome SMS.


To access this module, log in to the Control Panel from the Simon home page located at https://<yoursubdomain>.exphub.com.au/manager. Navigate to the Global Site Configuration menu and click to expand. Click Custom settings, and finally SMS Sender.

Tips and information
Sender Name The name that will display as the sender on text messages sent from Simon.
The sender name can be a maximum of 10 alphanumeric characters and cannot include spaces or symbols. It’s important to use a sender name that users will recognise when they receive an SMS from you.
Experience SMS The content of the Welcome SMS that will be sent to users who haven’t logged in to Simon before. 
If this field is blank, the standard Simon Experience SMS wording will be used.
Another Experience SMS
The content of the SMS that will be sent to users who have logged in to Simon before.
If this field is blank, the standard Simon Another Experience SMS wording will be used.



Any changes to the SMS sender or content need to be actioned by the Simon Help Team. To request a change be made, an Administrator with Authority for your organisation should email help@thinksimon.com.au.
