Multi-Factor Authentication


Multi-Factor Authentication is an optional security feature which requires a Manager to authenticate each login attempt they make by using Google Authenticator. If this feature is enabled, each Manager within the organisation would require the Google Authenticator app on their mobile phone.


After the Manager has input their correct username and password when logging in to myjoboffer, they will be presented with a screen that asks them to "Enter Authenticator Code". The Manager would then need to navigate to the Google Authenticator app on their mobile phone and input the 6-digit code that shows on their screen. They will then be logged in to the platform as normal.
