Patch Update Release - Custom Fields and Email Notifications
Background
Any email notifications that include the employee or hiring manager as a recipient of the email notification, were not receiving the notification. If the notification template contained an email address in the “To:” field, the notification will be sent to that recipient.
This was not affecting the initial welcome email.
Custom fields were not currently populating on any email notification sent by myjoboffer.com.au.
A patch was release on 30 January 2018 and the issue was resolved.
